How do I order?
(1) Select the content you want
Browse our extensive collection of mobile content. You can browse either by category, which are listed down the left hand side of the page, or you can use our search facility to search. Once your chosen item is visible, click on the BUY button.
(2) Choose your payment option whether it be by Premium SMS or by Credit Card
Once you have choosen the content go through the popup untill you see the payment page. Once you see this then you can choose whether you wish to pay by SMS, this is where you send a test message to us with the correct message that is on the popup and we send an SMS with a WAP link in it which will deliver your content to your phone, or Credit Card where the charges will be billed to your card and you will recieve a WAP link through SMS to your phone
(3) Download your order
Once you have recived the SMS with the WAP link in it please goto this link. This function differs from phone to phone but there are 3 main ways :
- Scroll to the link and click it and this will load the link up into your WAP browser
- Once in the SMS message goto options and click 'Use Detail', select the WAP link and it will load it up in your WAP browser
- On some older phones you might have to copy the link from the text message down and enter it into your WAP browser manually
If none of these options apply to your phone then please refer to your instruction book that you received with your phone for details on how you can load a link into your WAP browser.
My order has not arrived?
We are sorry if you have not received your order within your expectations. However, this may be due to delays on the SMS network, which are beyond our control. There could be other delays caused by delays on our system or you sending incorrect SMS messages or entering in wrong details for credit cards. We recommend waiting up to 24 hours from the time of ordering before contacting us. 98% of all orders are delivered in less than a minute. If you believe your order has gone astray, please contact us through the help page . If we still cannot deliver your order to you, we will issue a full refund.
My Country is not listed?
We have listed all countries that we deliver SMS to. If you country is not on here then we are sorry but please keep checking back because we add more and more countries every month.
I want a refund?
We will issue a full refund:
- If we fail to deliver an order due to an error on our part and the order has not left our systems.
We will issue a partial refund:
- If we have overcharged you.
We cannot issue refunds for:
- Mistakes made during ordering (including, but not limited to: incorrect telephone number; phone type; network or the wrong item being ordered)
- Items that you dislike once received (all items have a preview before ordering)
- Items ordered twice
